Why Use US?

In preconstruction properties, compensation given to agents by the builder is part of their marketing fee and is built in to the price of every home. Builders promote, and encourage real estate agent participation. In re-sale homes the Seller pays all of the commission. So consult a buyer agent who is on your side and NOT the Seller's agent who's name you see on the sign in front of the house. The negotiated price will be a lot less with our buyer representation!

Why would you bye from the Seller's agent? It makes sense to have a real estate expert represent your best interest:
